Doctors
Reception Staff
Clinic Administrators
Billing Staff

Customers must use CliniQueue only for lawful healthcare administration and related business purposes, and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

Prohibited Activities

Users must not engage in any of the following:

Attempt unauthorized access to accounts or systems
Access another clinic's data without authorization
Share login credentials with unauthorized persons
Upload malicious software, viruses, or ransomware
Attempt to disrupt platform availability
Circumvent security controls or bypass authentication
Reverse engineer or decompile the software
Use automated tools to scrape or copy data
Use the platform for fraudulent or illegal activities
Misrepresent identity or affiliation
Interfere with other customers' platform use

Patient Information

Users are responsible for ensuring that all patient information entered into CliniQueue is accurate, confidential, and used only for legitimate healthcare purposes in compliance with healthcare regulations.

User Account Security

Maintain password confidentiality
Protect login credentials
Log out from shared devices
Report unauthorized access immediately

Platform Security

Users must not attempt to:

Bypass authentication mechanisms
Exploit security vulnerabilities
Test security without authorization
Gain unauthorized elevated privileges
Modify system files

Intellectual Property

Users may not copy, reproduce, remove branding from, or create derivative works of the CliniQueue software without express written permission. All intellectual property rights remain with CliniQueue.
