Processor

CliniQueue, acting solely on behalf of the customer to process information required for providing service.

Personal Data

Any information relating to identified or identifiable individuals, including staff, doctors, and patients.

Processing

Any operation performed on personal data, including collection, storage, use, and deletion.

Customer Responsibilities

Collect patient information lawfully and with proper consent

Manage authorized users and access controls
Protect login credentials and account security

Obtain necessary patient consents where applicable

CliniQueue's Responsibilities

Process data only to provide contracted services
Maintain reasonable security measures
Restrict employee access to authorized personnel
Protect confidential information
Process information according to customer instructions
Notify customers of security incidents promptly

Data Ownership & Retention

Ownership

All clinic and patient information remains the exclusive property of the customer. CliniQueue acquires no ownership rights.

Retention

Data is retained while subscription is active. After termination, data may be retained for backup and legal compliance before secure deletion.

Data Export & Deletion

Data Export

Customers may request export of their information, subject to applicable technical and contractual limitations.

Data Deletion

Upon valid request and where legally permissible, CliniQueue will securely delete customer data after the retention period. Some records may be retained for legal compliance.

Security Incident Response

If a confirmed security incident affects customer data, CliniQueue will make reasonable efforts to notify affected customers without undue delay and provide available information about the incident and mitigation steps.
